I want to know does my girlfriend have to use a thai insurance company? And also where can she get a swab test done in manila . She is applying for a 60-day long stay so does her plane ticket have to show 60 days from the time of application for return flight?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Your girlfriend does not need to use a Thai insurance company specifically; the insurance policy must simply provide coverage for medical expenses, including COVID-19, for at least $100,000. As for her flight ticket, it does not necessarily have to show a return flight date exactly 60 days from the time of application, but it should reflect her intended duration of stay.

Swab test in st Luke on appointement on their website. We went to the Global one. I say this, because many hospitals are not open for this on a Sunday, if ever she leaves on a Tuesday or Wednesday.....
