Not easy if your partner is from farming community where bank statements and proof of employment is non existent. Tried twice 20k per time wirh agent and still got refused.

My landlord is absent and I have filled Tm30 myself before when I changed permant address. But you need their particulars ie. Copies of ID House book Lease etc.

Guess I'll just check when I get back from 1 night in a hotel. Really would be a hassle if you had to do it every time if you are a frequent traveller within Thailand. Thanks for input.

I have done my own tm30 before as my landlord is absent. Just have all the correct paperwork. Ie landlord I'd and rental agreement.

I rerturned from Vietnam on Saturday, staying in rented condo, going to Korat tomorrow for 1 night and return to condo the next day. I will do Tm30 myself the next day. Right or wrong I don't know.
