Hi, I will be moving into Bangkok next month, is there only the one immigration building to register Tm30. According to Google maps I'm going to be 1hr away from division 1.

Has anyone successfully obtained a residency certificate in Bangkok without completing the 90-day check? I need it to register a car, but I haven’t been in Thailand long enough to meet the 90-day reporting requirement.

If anyone has experience with this or knows of a visa agent who can handle the process, I’d appreciate any recommendations.

Would anyone know if it’s possible to apply for DTV extension at Immigration in Bangkok, but based in Phuket? Meaning proof of Rent Agreement is for Phuket? Greatly appreciate your response without guessing 🙏🏻😉

Check with your office to see if they have the hand out listing the requirements. This should be pretty close to what they want at most offices though :)

Where is the best place to do 30 day extensions in Bangkok?

I have the DTV Visa and planning on getting an extension at Bangkok immigration whilst out there but I cant find out what documents I need. In the past with the 60 day tourist visa I got a 30 day extension. I just needed to fill out a form, bring passport, passport photos and pay a fee. Is it the same when getting a 180 day extension with the DTV? Also after getting the extension and almost staying out there for a year can I do a border run instead of taking a flight home?

Is a passport sized photo needed when doing an in-person 90 day report in a Bangkok? I’ve read conflicting things.

How to know where to do the first 90 day reporting in Bangkok? I see there are 2 places (I think), one in Chamchuri Square and the other one near Laksi

On a 60 day exempt can the extension only be done at IT Square, or can I go to Chang Watthana as well? Bangkok area.
