For my first Non-O extension i will put yhe 800k in the bank. For my renewal I will have transferred over 65k every month.

Considering I don’t need the 800k for my renewal, at what point can it be withdrawn from my account after being granted my initial extension?

Hi all, I did recently post in regards to exact requirements to extend TR visa and the only thing I want to double check are requirement for the TM30.

Can anyone confirm for me if immigration officers accept a printed copy of a current and up to date TM30 or do they really require their own paper slip copy?

I have an extension of stay based on retirement. I have been asked to assist on a job for approximately 3 weeks in the south of Thailand. Due to the covid situation they cannot get personnel into the country easily and in time. The company will apply for a temporary work permit for me to cover this work period. My concern is will my extension of stay be cancelled upon temporary WP being issued?

I know if i were applying for a full time WP it would be cancelled so i assume it may be same for TWP but need to confirm ASAP.

I believe immigration is closed for for a day or so and would appreciate any relevant info anyone may have. Please do not comment if you dont know. Cheers

If i pay for a volunteer visa, can i later switch to a non-o after a year without leaving?

Sorry for another tedious TM30 question. I know what the law says and I have watched the video about criminal aliens, but what I would like to know is: Is Chaengwattana demanding a TM30 EVERY time you come/return to the country, or just once when you apply/extend so they have your address on file?

A buddy of mine is a British passport holder and he has two sons from his Laotian wife who have automatically got a British passport. Both are under 15 and have never done in a visa in Thailand ... does the old rule still apply that’s kids under the age of 15 are not considered overstay or have rules changed.

Can they exit the country with their dad normally or are they considered overstay?
