Hi guys, question, If my stamp expire.. let's say on the 15th, and my flight is on the 16th at 1 am, am i considered overstaying even if i cross the immigration desk on the 15th? Thanks (i guess yes but hoping to be wrong ;)

3 months over yesterday, about to leave Thailand completely around 25th-26th.

Should I pay for the week or get fined for 3-4 days

+ Are there risks?

If for example my stamp expires today,

Can I still be in Thailand today,

And leave today,?

So leaving on same date as expiration date?

I am currently on a tourist visa that has an end date of Oct. 24. Is it okay to leave Thailand on the 24th or do I need to leave on the 23rd to not have an overstay?

Hello, my visa extension is due to expire later this month. Unfortunately I may need surgery and likley aftercare that would cause me to overstay. Am I able to visit an immigration office with documentation confirming this prior to the overstay? Or would I just present this when I actually leave Thailand?

Immigration offices nationwide will be closed on:

Monday 3 June: H.M. Queen Suthida's Birthday

Plan accordingly.

* Land borders are open like normal during holidays.

If you have a stamp that is expiring during holidays when the immigration offices are closed and you show up at the immigration office on the very next working day you will not be fined for overstay and can get your extension like normal. But you will get an overstay stamp in your passport that says; "overstay xxx days, fine waived due to holiday/closure".

Can I extend a non b business visa after it has expired?

Anyone with recent experience getting re-entry from Don Mueang Airport?

Remember IF you have a stamp that expires a day the immigration office is closed (weekends or holidays) and you go the very next day they're open you can get your extension like normal, you will not be charged the overstay fine but you will get an overstay stamp in your passport that says "Overstay xxx days fine waived due to closure"
