If my spouse and I are living in the father's condo what documents related to house registration for marriage visa are required, or just the Tabian Baan And photo in the condo? Much appreciated 😊
Thought condo notified immigration They took my passport. I asked a question they smiled. Yes now I went to my 30 day extension. I have to go back tomorrow and pay a fine anyone know what that’s about.
We have moved recently to new condo, owner has registered via Section 38 app, but if we click in the link sent via email, it’s not working. And showing the error same as in the attached picture.
Can anyone tell, is the server down? Or any other issue?
I arrived on 08 Nov at ASQ Hotel in Bangkok I guess that the hotel did the TM30 as normal procedure.
today 23/12 i get out of ASQ and will stay at my Condo.
I try today fill the TM30 online as I do by myself all the time but got an error "check-out date must be more than check-in date" any idea? I'm on OA Visa and The owners of the apartment im in Bangkok.
I have previously done a TM30 and TM28 while renting.here in BKK. I have now purchased a condo (in BKK). Do I need to do the TM30/28 again and take them to CW, or can I just register online (or Section 38 App) with the required details and docs. I have not yet moved in.
I live in Chiang Mai and have my TM-30 registered at my home in Chiang Mai. I will travel to Hua Hin and stay in a condo there for 1 week. Does that mean I do TM-30 with condo in Hua Hin, and then update again when I come back to Chiang Mai? What if the condo in Hua Hin does not know how or does not want to do it, or does not give me the TM-30?
This group has been very helpful to me and I appreciate it! New question... I'm set with the plans for getting a new SETV in Vientiane, and I'll be here for a total of six months. My wife will be joining me this week for two months and has a METV. Does she have to formally let the condo office where I'm renting a place know that she is here and do they have to register her with immagration? She is planning on writing our address on the immigration forms at the airport. With the language barrier, the condo office is not easy to navigate, nor skilled with administration.
