If my spouse and I are living in the father's condo what documents related to house registration for marriage visa are required, or just the Tabian Baan And photo in the condo? Much appreciated 😊
I signed a contract in the school and 1 month later they gave me the immigration documents with the papers that i signed but... It's not my handwriting and neither my signature... Is this contract still valid if they did that?
I went to Surat Thani immigration today for my yearly extension of non o retirement visa..

1 x photo
Hand drawn map of my house
Photocopy of house book
Very helpful staff who informed me if using orange savings book ( Bangkok bank) for proof of funds then bank letter and statement can be a week in advance. If using the blue current account book then the letter and statement must be obtained on the same day. Next year they want a print out from google maps of the residence with longitude and latitude and the hand drawn map plus 2 photos of the house.
I know it varies a little from office to office but hopefully this maybe useful for anyone using Surat Thani immigration.
My first 3 month non O retirement visa has passed the 45 days and is now ready for the 12 month extension. Can anyone advise me please on the papers I need to gather before I make my trip to immigration. I know I need to update my bank book just before I go but do I also need a letter and statement from the bank ? Do I need a map of where I live ? Do I need a copy of my rental contract ? I will be applying in Chiang Mai if that makes any difference. Thanks for your help.
I've just been approved for DTV in France, which took 1 month! My situation: freelance digital marketer.
First of all, I filled in the application form on thaievisa (flight, hotel, proof of residence and bank statement for the month of June). Then after 3 weeks they contacted me again and asked me to create a portfolio, all merged with Avis d'Insée (proof of auto-entrepreneur status in France), a text portfolio (1 Word page) explaining the nature of my work in French AND English, my last invoices for the last month, last month's bank statement, and also a screen copy of the platform on which I'm registered to interact with clients and see my activities/profile).
So I provided these documents (about ten pages merged into a single pdf document) and voilà, there was a 'pending approval' status that lasted 2 days and I was approved.
In case it helps anyone. Samut Prakan immigration (which is now located in the newly rennovated Pak Nam office) accepts the following documents for 60 day extension based on marriage/family.
Copies of the following all signed and notorised:
- marriage certificate (in case of wife)
- birth certificate (in case of dependant/child)
- tambien baan of wife/dependant
- ID card of wife/dependant
- all passport pages with ID and stamps
-TM 30 Receipt of notification copy (make sure it's date-stamped from when you last entered the country, they flagged this with me and I got a telling off for not reporting 24 hours within entering the country)
-1900 baht
-wife/child in person as they want to take pictures of you as a couple/family
-passport photo for one of the three forms you have to fill out
Not needed contrary to other reports/offices:
* Kor ror 22, you don't need any copy of this, whether it is old or newly updated.
A retired UK national in Thailand about to do the "Extension of Stay" at Hua Hin Immigration Office having arrived on 90 Day Non-Imm O visa. Was told that I need to have the following but then someone else told me that this is not the correct list -
Must be 50 years old and above - I am.
Passport (signed copies of each page) - is it really signed copies of ALL pages or just the biodata pages?
Non-Immigrant O Visa - assume that this just means a copy of the passport page showing the O visa stamp?
TM30 receipt - this would be the current/last TM 30 receipt?
Proof of meeting Financial Requirements such as bank statement (for income) - would this be the same bank statements that were supplied when applying for the "O" e-visa?
Income Certificate from the embassy in Thailand (applicant’s nationality) - been told that this is not necessary? Is it and if so, why?
Thai Bank Book showing deposit account (original)- does it need to be all pages showing all the transactions on it?
Letter from your Thai Bank (certificate must be signed by the bank official) - to say what? Is a letter/certificate from the bank also needed or not necessary?
Three (3) 4×5 cm photos, with full face taken within the last 6 months. I have.
Proof of permanent accommodation in Thailand such as lease or rental agreement. I have.
Anything else 'missing"?
Multiple Re-entry Permit - can I get this at any airport e.g. Hua Hin?
