TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a marriage visa while living in a condo owned by your spouse's father, you will need specific documents. Primarily, you should obtain the TM30 form, which confirms your registration at the residence, along with the house registration book (Tabian Baan) and a copy of the owner's Thai ID. Additionally, prepare all necessary documents and copies required for the 90-day Non-O marriage visa or extension, including bank statements and photographs.

You need to go to your immigration office and get the list of documents required πŸ˜•

As a rule you'll need a TM30 showing you're registered as staying there, the house book of the owner, their thai i/d and then all the documents, copies, bank letter, bank book, photos, etc that are required for you to get the 90 day Non-O marriage visa/extension
