Hi all. I need to renew my retirement "visa" next week but I have recently moved into a condo I have bought (i.e. I am the owner). Is the TM30 the right (and only) form I need to submit with my application or are there any others? TIA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your retirement visa after moving into your newly bought condo in Thailand, you primarily need to submit the TM30 form, which is required for notifying immigration of your new address. Make sure to bring the title deed (chanote) for the condo with your name on it. It's also advisable to ask at the office if you need to file a Change of Address form (TM28), although many offices now primarily use the TM30.

you need to file a TM30 on yourself, and you will need the title deed (chanote) that has your name on the back to file one showing you own that condo..
BUT
Yep, that's about all you do at most offices, when you go to file the TM30 ask them if you need to file a Change of Address form (TM28) not that many offices use them anymore, they all just use a current TM30.
, to save a bit of time you need photo copies of your passport, your last stamp into Thailand. And copy of chanote. I did last week in Jomtiem. Was in out within 30 minutes.
