Courtesy of Tod Daniels of Thai visa advice. Covid extensions application date extended for one more month. As this is a departure from the usual 60 days then it would be a reasonable assumption that this is the last one.
am sure this has been asked time and time again, but wanted to get you opinion before speaking to the thai embassy in Melbourne.
Partner and I want to move to Samui. I want to be able to do vol work. he is old enough (I am not) for retirement visa but needs Non-Im O first I believe. We both have enough money in the bank to meet requirements.
Basically we want to find a way to live there forever but want to follow the rules.
This is not Thai Visa related, don't bother to even post it.

Travel advice to get to Thai Consulate, sight seeing tours during the day waiting for your passport to return, hotels, breakfasts etc etc are not Thai Visa related.
Taking domestic flights or International flights are not Thai Visa related.
