I've been quoted from 2 agents on soi post office 5.500 and 4,500 respectively to get a 30 day extension is this the going rate

What would be the appropriate cost from an agent to:

1. Open a bank account

2. Assist in getting a retirement visa

An idea of how long this takes would be great
