This is what ChatGBT said: Angolan citizens are required to obtain a visa prior to entering Thailand; they are not eligible for visa exemption like U.S. passport holders. To apply for a Thai visa, Angolan travelers should contact the nearest Thai embassy or consulate for specific application procedures and requirements. It’s important to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and has at least two blank visa pages. Additionally, you may need to provide a confirmed return ticket, proof of accommodation in Thailand, and evidence of sufficient funds for your stay. Processing times and fees can vary, so it’s advisable to apply well in advance of your planned travel dates.
Does school offer online classes? I’m in Thailand on an ED visa but I never go to pantip for classes. I always do online because I had surgery back in June here in Thailand. There are ppl in my class that are in America while attending classes.
If you use an agent you will spend money but save time. If you do yourself you will save money but spend time. It’s is easy to do yourself but you may have to wait depending on what province you’re in. I did with an agent once it cost me 2000thb for the agent and 1900thb for immigration. I did it myself took me 2-3 hours in immigration office.
I wouldn’t recommend tuk tuk. Drivers very pushy and aggressive. They have grab there but American cards didn’t work. Wanna make sure your cards accepted.
Can only submit application in morning. Day submitted don’t count in 5 business day turn around. Can only pick up afternoon. Sensory Park Urban hotel great. American debit/credit cards don’t work in Cambodia at all. Immigration entering Cambodia was a bit overwhelming. Found ppl to be abrupt and abrasive. If I remember correctly the visa to enter Cambodia was $30USD.
