Hi guys, question, If my stamp expire.. let's say on the 15th, and my flight is on the 16th at 1 am, am i considered overstaying even if i cross the immigration desk on the 15th? Thanks (i guess yes but hoping to be wrong ;)

I am traveling to Thailand since 23 years, now being 50yrs old with German passport, and always on visa exempt stamp.

Since last year it seems using this way of entering the country is getting more and more tricky as I enter the country 2-3x during a 4 weeks holiday trip entering other SEA countries as well.

I also own a Condo in my name in Pattaya btw.

Now wondering what visa to apply for, probably DTV as I have all the requirements handy, to get not stressed with questions and evidence for my own purpose.

What is your guys recommendation in my case for 2-3 yearly visits to SEA in total not more than 120days but multiple Thailand entries?

I don't want to live there or apply for a standard tourist visa as I can't see a big difference.

As German I have also 2 passports (both German) which is allowed for critical purposes and land borders (Emirates, Israel, Cuba etc.) and I could potentially change my passport each time or so.

What are your recommendations for best and flexible options for myself?

I just realized I might of Fxxked up . I booked a flight with Airasia thinking it was from DMK but it is from BKk to Kk . I land from KL into DMK at 7.50am . So will I have enough time to go from DMK to BKK to catch to the domestic at 11.25am ..

( P.S When did Airasia fly domestically from BKK i thought they always flew from DMK ) Cheers fellas

Well, back into CMX on DTV yesterday and luckily I did have the dirty photocopy of the DTV as the immigration officer screamed at me for it. I simply said, "Sorry, I didn't know you needed the paper as well," and that was enough and then he got difficult. Luckily I found it in my bag. He huffed and puffed and stamped me through. Going to make many photocopies of that piece of paper.

I don't have a whole blank page left, but have plenty of unused space on random pages, can enter Thailand?

I just need a stamp as I am on visa exemption program, have plenty of room for stamps... I think it shouldn't be a problem. I am flying home to get new passport and all good connecting flights are from Bangkok, so I need to enter Thailand, possibly via land or air.
