Hey everyone, I have a serious question.

I recently got approved for my DTV, and I’m so happy about it! My flight is currently scheduled for February 24.

However, after getting approved, I received a court letter requiring me to be in the U.S. this April. Because of this, I’m considering changing my flight to June or July.

Will changing my flight affect my visa status or risk it being revoked? I don’t want to lose my visa, but I also can’t miss this court date. I just want to make sure everything will be okay.

What would happen if you are in Thailand with your DTV Visa as a remote worker and have stayed in the country for a couple months but you get laid off? Will this affect your DTV Visa?

I applied for a spouse visa in HCM on the afternoon of the 28th afternoon.

The status of the checking document was changed to pending approval on Sunday, and until today, neither additional documents have been requested nor approval has been received. I have submitted all the required docs as:

PP bio

HCM arrival stamp

Flight ticket

Hotel booking in HCM

6months bank statement with 500k Baht under my name

Cover letter

My husband's DTV visa

Sponsorship letter from my husband

Marriage certificate

What I'm worried about now is that my flight is tomorrow afternoon, so if I don't have the approval yet, will I be able to pass through the Thai immigration as the arrival visa?

Please also assist sharing if you have any experience about what to do for the stamp if I get approved after arriving in Thailand 🥹

Have approved Non O's does applying for DTV invalidate them?

We already had tickets for August 9 arrival. Husband applying for DTV. If he hasn't received his DTV by August 9, we use our existing flights and both enter visa exempt.

Once he receives his DTV we'd leave, go to a neighboring country Thai embassy where I'd apply for the DTV as a dependant. When we return to Thailand, he will use his DTV and I will enter on my dependant DTV visa. Are we missing something and over simplifying this?

My Thai fiance had her K1 fiance visa interview on March 28th in Bangkok. They kept her passport after the interview. It is now June 16th and still no approval, pending administrative processing, with no idea of when it will be approved 'or not!' Feedback appreciated!
