HI. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I tried 90-day check-in online for the first time, and immediately got an e-mail saying: “We have received your information successfully” along with completed form for alien to report staying beyond 90 days. (O retirement.) So my question is: Is this process is now instant? (In the past I’ve seen people in this group saying they are waiting for approval.) Thanks!
Hello. I reside with my longterm gf near Sukhothai. We went successfully to get TM30 with her and mine particulars yesterday. I am currently on a tourist visa and wish to log for a ‘90 non O’ based on retirement 15 days before it’s expiry. C.M is a lot more accommodating for the required bank account. I have all to open account except the certificate see (C.M immigration) photo. which i intend to go and apply for there Chiang Mai. Sukhothai immigration did not seem familiar with these certificates, I did not press them on it. I showed them an example cert. that the bank in CM gave me a copy of.
## Is it an issue that I DO NOT live actually in CM. Can/will they provide this letter?
## Does the TM30 have to have been issued a max of 24hrs prior to application?
I have a Non O Retirement Visa that expires the 20 of July. I have heard that I can renew the visa 30 or even 45 days before (for Bangkok residents), can somebody kindly confirm this time frame? Do I have to go to Chaeng Wattana as usual?
For me to renew it in June is not comfortable, as I like to go back to Europe every year at the beginning of May (and come back at the end of October). Do you know if I can move or change my visa expiry date from July to May so every year I can go to immigration to renew it just before to go back to Europe?
