Hi, I'm looking for advice in the following situation...
"Renew Visa-Extension of Non-O (Thai Wife) at Chaeng-Wattana"
My extension will expire on 21MAY2021 and I have a 90 day stamp in my passport for 05APR2021.
Now I'm trying to find out what would be the earliest date to start the renewal process.
Unfortunately my wife will not be available from mid May till mid July for
the renewal, because her company plans to send her to Indonesia for 2 Month.
That's why I would like to submit my application as soon as possible.
My questions are: When should I start to renew my extension and should I do the 90 days report on 05APR2021 or not?
Thanks for your feedback.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can start the renewal process for your Non-O visa extension up to 45 days before the expiration date of May 21, meaning the earliest you can apply is April 6. It is crucial to complete the 90-day reporting due on April 5, as this is a separate requirement from the extension process. Your wife must be present when you submit the application, so plan to apply as soon after April 6 as you can, considering her absence due to her work commitment.

the 90 day reporting has NOTHING to do with you getting a new extension and you need to do that no matter when you apply for your year extension.
As James said in Bangkok you can apply for a year extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp (so in your case that means the SOONEST you can apply would be April 6th).
AND seeing as your wife isn't gonna be here (and seeing as she's the reason you're getting the extension and she HAS to be with you when you apply) I'd say so as soon after April6th that you meet the financial requirements. She only has to be with you when you apply for the extension NOT when you go back after the 30 day under consideration to get the extension inked in.

Do the 90 days report as due on April 5...do not wait.
You can apply up to 45 days before your expiration date of May 21...for your one year extension.
