Hi. I will be going to imigration to get my 30 day exstension to my tourist visa. At the Immigration Division 1: Government Complex Bangkok

Does anyone have a link to the document I need to fill out so I can print it out early and complete it before arriving to imigration? Thank you

It's in the files section of the group under TM7

print it front to back on one piece of paper

OR

just go in the basement of Chaengwattana (actually the first floor 😛 ) and go to this copy shop, they will fill out the form for you and make the copies of your passport that are needed for a small fee
