TLDR : Answer Summary
To file a TM30 in Thailand, it is advisable to bring your passport and NON-O visa. Most immigration offices have the necessary forms available, so you typically do not need to download them, although you can download the TM30 form to fill out in advance. Additionally, if you're in Bangkok and the property is yours, you might need to file it yourself at the immigration office. However, landlords usually handle TM30 filings, and it can often be done online.

actually I tried to fill it in on my second day , May 12 ,but after trying to fill in a couple of times , it still had no response or no sign of completion ! no idea what I had been doing !got fed up n logged out!
you log in, you enter the data, you press the blue button to 'migrate' the info to the spread sheet below, the you press the floppy disc icon in the top right and SAVE the data. Then exit the system, go back in use the search function, put in the check in date in BOTH search fields and it should call up the data you just entered.
Take a screen shot of that and print it. That's the ONLY way you can show you filed a TM30 online
just tried to log in to check my profile but information can't be checked exceeding 7 days! therefore I can't make sure if my filing on May 12 was valid or not! meanwhile I tried to fill in agn with my same landing date May 11 but it rejected! Anyway thanks for your help !๐๐๐
I should add, this is normally done by your hotel, guesthouse, landlord and the process is very easy for them to do online. You just need to ask them for a copy of the acknowledgement they receive or screen shot
it will be worth while you asking them when you are there, if/how it would be possible to do online, for future TM30 submissions.
No doubt you'll be using Bangkok immigration in future for extensions etc and it's useful to have an accurate TM30 history. I had a couple of challenges because hotels I stayed in, outside Bangkok, had submitted a TM30 there. I needed to do another one, to cancel that one, when I returned to the condo.
