STOP believing the website. You can get a 30 day extension on a 60 day tourist visa entry or a 30 day visa exempt entry

You need to GO there and submit your documents and make a booking for showing up on saturday.

Although they use the word visa but actually mean the Visa Exempt entry the e-mail sounds clear. Knowing that in Bangkok you can apply for the Extension of Stay between 45 days and your Admitted to Stay date, you should manage to make some free time as a tourist to do this.

According to their website they provide it only to patients and their relatives... So I guess they are handling their own rule very flexible, or not the whole staff are upto date, or, or, or....
