Hi. 4 questions re visa extension. Which immigration centre in Bangkok do i need to go to for extending 60 day tourist visa? I heard there's two different ones. Is the maximum extension 30 days or can it be for longer? When giving reason for extension is 'to visit more parts of the country' enough of an answer? Would I need to show evidence of return travel home/elsewhere? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 60-day tourist visa in Bangkok, you should go to the Chaeng Watthana immigration office. The maximum extension for a tourist visa is typically 30 days, and stating 'to visit more parts of the country' as your reason for extension is generally acceptable. It's advisable to have proof of a return trip or onward travel, although it may not be strictly required.
This was the advice I was given and it was extremely helpful. Do not go without an appointment unless you want to wait for hours. I followed the advice given and was done in less than 1 hour.
