Hi Everyone, I'm currently in the process of figuring out what long term visas will be suitable for myself and a few extended family members. I would like to get some professional advice in Bangkok regarding this. Can anyone recommend a dependable consultant or law firm that we can approach. Need professional help as there are multiple ppl with different age groups and financial circumstances.

These are just agents, yes? Not immigration attorneys? Do they help with US-Thai Treaty of Amity type matters as they pertain to business/ltr visas and work permits? Thanks.
I am a US citizen looking to register as a sole-proprietor, then using that as a means to obtain a business visa and work permit. So yes, it is related to immigration. Since I can register as a sole-proprietor with 100% ownership as per the Treaty, and from my understanding, am not subject to the same financial requirement for sole-proprietor registration. I'm just not an attorney with experience in such matters.
check with Siam-Legal.com as they are very knowledgeable on this business setup detail, but there are financial requirements basically equal to the work permit financial requirement of bt2million in registered capital, but the time frame in which it is required to be met is different.
