Question about Kor Mor 3 (applying for a non immigrant o extension of stay based on marriage)
I don't get this paper as we married abroad, Got only certificate of marriage translated by approved translator and got stamp from RTE on it and France MFA
We do also have kor mor 22 as well as we legalized our marriage in Thailand
Is it will be sufficient to show this marriage certificate or does we really need this k.m3?
Fyi, We have a thai baby as well
Ps: Applying at Koh samui immigration

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about using a translated marriage certificate without the Kor Mor 3 for a Non-Immigrant O visa extension in Thailand due to marriage abroad. Respondents indicate that the translated and stamped marriage certificate, along with the Kor Mor 22, should be sufficient for the application at Koh Samui immigration.
Should be good, I do my marriage extensions in Samut Prakan with the KR22 and legalized marrriage cert from the US (they only actually look at the KR22 in my case). Only additional comment is the KR22 has to be newly issued (i think the time they accept varies between offices, if I recall mine had to be withing 1 month of application but I have heard of some offices being 1 week or 1 year) so you may have to get an updated KR22 from your amphur.
Thanks for the info, in Samui Immigration they asked for the km22 issued not more than 6months ago so I'm alright ๐

Totally okay, you have the original marriage certificate translated and stamped AND you have the Kor Ror 22 <- registration of a thai who got married abroad document from the Amphur. You should be fine
