I'm having trouble downloading the e-visa ,the bit where it says to upload the bio data page from my passport but there's no box or link for it can you please help me thanks 🙏

Please make sure your phone is on stilt mode as some of the boxes to tick are spread out and you can not see them ok, that was my trouble, think fixed now thanks again gang xx

Apparently it's because you're using your phone.

If you tilt it to the side there is a chance you will see the option.

Maybe try it on a laptop or on a PC.

It's confusing. Reading your lists: you have an O visa. You're in uk. You're trying to extend it.

Are yiu trying to do the ETA thingy ( that doesn't exist yet)?

ok sorry I was mixing you up ,ihave a new passport with no o visa, so trying to get a new one but it will not let me upload bio data from the passport, as no unlink for it in e visa site

ah. . I see. Sorry, I'm easily confused. Lol. Old age I'm afraid. I'm going in again to Phuket on 60 exempt +30 extension. I was told I can apply for an O there to convert to retirement. I hope that's right.

What visa? There is 60 days entry with no visa if that helps.

Ok think I have done it, well go to the payment part ,so will a bit of luck all,may be well, again thanks for your help, and I will have to make sure the phone is on tills mode next time 😀 will let you know if alls ok gang 😀 in three days to 10days

Sorry the problem is with my phone, again sorry for the inconvenience caused by my phone please note when in picture mode the e visa application will not work properly it has to be in panoramic mode ^tilt mode" it will not open bio data page from the passport, ok sorry for the inconvenience caused ColinHuttley ^uk"

you cannot get extensions outside of Thailand, only new Visas which is what the OP wants as the Non-O expired last month
