I've been out there at 5:30AM before and there were 30 people already in line :/ By 8:30 there are easily 200 people. Thankfully everyone is not going to the same section but it's a mad-house out there when they first open.

I'd say show up there around 9 and you should be out by 10.

There are copy shops downstairs that will make the copies you need from your passport. too
