I have a letter from my language school to terminate my education visa on December 1... as my flight out of country is on December 4, I need the 7 day extension from Immigration when I submit the letter.
I saw on another post, " buy a 7 day get out of thailand stamp for 1900baht and leave within a week.".
Is there a form I need prepared for the 7 day extension? Or, do I simply tell them when I submit the letter and pay the fee?
Also, can I do this tomorrow on November 30 when the termination date indicated in the letter is the following day?
Thanks for the help!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user needs to terminate their education visa on December 1, prior to their flight on December 4, and is inquiring about obtaining a 7-day extension from Immigration. They are unclear on the necessary paperwork and if they can submit it the day before the termination date. Comments suggest that the user should not apply for the extension the day after the stated termination date to avoid overstaying, and it’s recommended to have the school adjust the letter’s date to the flight date.
