Hi! Does the proof of current location need to be in the country of the Thai embassy you will apply the Non B Visa?

I'm currently in my home country, but will apply the Non B Visa in Thai embassy in Laos by end of February.

Then when you go to Lao and apply for the Non-B visa you will upload the Lao visa/entry stamp as proof you're IN that country when you apply.

Once you apply online via the eVisa system you get a confirmation so you can go to the thai consulate and pay for the visa in person at the consulate you applied at (Vientiane or Savannakhet)

After that you wait IN Lao until the visa is approved or rejected.

takes as long as it takes 🙁 as a rule IF you uploaded all the documents correctly that were required (meaning they don't have to email you for additional documents) it should be about 3 working days from when you go pay for the visa at the consulate
