Can Nepalese Apply Non-B-Visa in Thailand (Without going back to Nepal? Right now, I have Non-Ed-Visa and want to change it into Non-B-Visa?

I think you can go to Lao to do what you need. I think it's not necessary to go to back Nepal, which I believe was more your question. I could be wrong on both accounts. But no doubt someone will correct me - then you'll get your answer

You can change from a Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist Visa to a Non Immigrant B visa inside Thailand at some Immigration Offices. Check with the office in your area what the requirements are.

They look total different in your passport. a Visa you bought at a Thai Consulate or Embassy and the Extension of Stay you bought at Immigration Office. Here the difference in looks:

As Robert says you cant change the actual visa in Thailand but with a non imm visa you can change your reason to extend your stay
