TLDR : Answer Summary
You can pay the visa fees at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane, Laos in Thai Baht. The fees for different visa types are as follows: Tourist Visa: 1,000 THB, Transit Visa: 800 THB, Non-Immigrant Visa: 2,000 THB for a single entry, and 5,000 THB for multiple entries.
