Not only do they have zero customer service but twice they damaged my fairly new luggage and the last time was a full size piece that they broke the wheel off and ripped the fabric and they refused to pay anything toward replacing it! Besides the fact that I am almost 70 with a lot of luggage at the airport so I had to get this disabled bag out to a taxi and then have the taxi driver lift it up into the hotel. It would have been better if I was heading home but I was in transit still and of course had to immediately go by a new one.
I'm very aware of the law and everything I have done has been legal or I wouldn't have been approved, and I have asked at every airport and immigration office if my next step is okay. So I am not abusing the system but I know you can only do that routine so many times, and I did not expect to have a friend with stage 4 cancer as I already stated in my post.
