i am currently looking to make sales calls to the united states from here in asia. do any of you do social media marketing from outside the united states? my question is how do you make calls from here in asia to the united states? do any of you recommend a VOIP phone calling software if so what should i use? the biggest thing i need to know is how can i make calls from here in asia to the united states.. preferably unlimited calls.

Good morning all.... I'm from the USA and headed over at the beginning of February and going to be there "permanently". I need some advice on cell phones. My phone has dual SIM cards, so I understand that for local Thailand number I just have to get a SIM card there... My question is for USA line.... My understanding is some of the time I will need this two step verification... I am assuming I can do this on the same phone since it has the two SIM cards?... Also what cell service are those of you from the USA using for this process?.... I really am not interested in having a "typical" cost plan from the United States in addition to my Thai plan....any suggestions?

A question about telephones. We have US cellphones, but we're moving to Bangkok in November. Ditching the US phones (but we can keep the number, according to Consumer Cellular), and we will buy a new phone in Thailand. I'm worried about a few US corporations that like to 2-Factor authenticate on a US phone number, has anyone 1. used Google Voice, and 2. can it be used for 2-Factor authentication?

Hello I am in processing of moving back to bkk . If anyone know the google voice is good option for free international call back to USA ? Or Skype ? I need to remain US phone base in order to contact US bank . I will also don’t want to cancel US phone service yet.

I know this has been asked before and some of the apps can not be downloaded in Thailand. I need an app with a phone number to receive texts and calls to the United States. This has to do with my bank and SS. They do have 800 numbers. Receiving texts once a Mt is about all I need. Thanks for any help

Some of the online phone services advised to me by this group have unfortunately not been very viable solutions or maybe the way they offer their services has changed between now and then. Whatever the reasons, I need to find a new solution. I have some business to clear up with Uncle Sam.
