it was a passport drop off and biometeic check, work permits have already been issued with the same passport number, nobody knew the visa was not issued om the day until the day. India only issues visas in your country of residency. The one in bkk had already refused, so I was flown to london.

my company used the wrong pasport details, i wasnt aware it would take 2 weeks, and I dont want to stay out of thailand that long, all of which is irelevant as to the question ive asked.

yes but if i could present both passports, i would have no need to enter on the one without the dtv.
