I enter Thailand with a visa-free entry, but overstay in 2 days as I misjudged the time, can I still able to have a 30 days extension, but I can’t get the TM30 as my visa was expired and the online system don’t have my data, did anyone knew that what kind of material should I got to prepared? Thanks in advance🙏🙏🙏
I have the stamp for underconsideration being for 1 year extension of stay based on marriage. Been doing this for 10 years now. Today recieved a phone call from immigration wanting an update on bankbook. The required funds have always been in the bank and on appplication for extension letters from the bank were produced as required along with all the other documents required. This year was the first time the immigration police did not come to our home as they normally do after application. So it seems like they are now checking on funds whilst under consideration. I went to the bank to update the bankbook at the ATM and supplied copies to immigration of which they wanted the same day Immigration in my province. did say that Immigration in BKK is making it harder. All documents are sent to BKK for approval. So lets see what happens now.
Hello I'm in Nakhon Pathom canceling my extension based on marriage obtained in Non O and officer told me that I just need to go outside of country and it will canceled automatically. And I'm like NO. If I don't cancel in immigration Thai embassy in Laos will not give me visa (RS) it was always a rule that you need to cancel. Is it possible to do in Nong Khai. Am I right?
Because of the new regulation that there is no Covid extension anymore possible:)
My Question:
Its maybe possible that soon it will be possible to drive to Penang (Malaysia) by Visa run with Thai Visa Run Companys like befor Covid and make a Tourist Visa for 3 Month (2+1 Month)
Anybody know good Company that doing this or will do this soon..?
And my 2nd Question is this really the End of Covid Extension or maybe they will announce some news again that they will extend it again..
Can anyone advise what value of insurance which is currently required to extend OA visa from within Thailand? ( Chiang Mai).
Does the insurance have to be from an approved Thai list or will an internationally sourced (UK) policy be accepted?
If an international policy is acceptable is their a requirement for the policy to be pre- approved by immigration or subject to any other Gov / Immigration approvals ? TIA.
Wondered if I bought a 60 day return ticket and applied for Thai pass under ‘visa on arrival’ which is 30 days renewable. Would it be declined? Would I need to have a two month insurance booked?
If i leave the country for a few weeks but keep my rented place while i am away, does my landlord have to make a new TM30 report when i return?
I got a new one year extension yesterday with adress report receipt which tells me to report adress again in 90 days as normal, but i leave the country tomorrow and come back end of month, i have been told by some that i then have to wait 90 days from my return before i do a new report. Can i do the report on my current given report date as that is easier for me, or do i have to do it after 90 days upon returning to the country (never mind that you can do it 2 weeks before and one week after the date, i just need to know what date i have to keep in mind, the one on my current 90 day receipt, or the one 90 days after returning)?
