Hey guys, I'm Pakistani passport holder and applied DTV in Pakistan but got TR visa instead as in Pakistan, Thai embassy has not issued DTV to anyone till date. I just arrived in Thailand yesterday on TR visa, if anyone (agent, agency) can help me get DTV workation from any neighbouring countries. First TR after a marriage visa. Just some advice for anyone going abroad and applying on the evisa site for TR, you may need plenty of time, an open return and wd advise to bring a laptop with you as they may ask for a ton of extra info. Obviously everyone's circumstances are different. Was asked for various extra things to be sent, in my case house registration, every single page of my passport, my outbound leaving Thailand eticket. Has to be eticket not an agent itinerary.

Been over two years since I left.

Originally entered on a TR visa (1/1/2020)

with a UK passport.

Stayed on covid extensions (until they stopped issuing them).

I remember on covid extensions you would loose days if you applied earlier than your expiry date on the extension stamp.

I cannot remember if that’s the case for ordinary extensions at immigration?

(60 days on arrival, TR visas etc).

Hi I had ED visa for study thai online and is expired on 15th I try to renew it but they can only do 1year , I'm leaving the country on 13 and back on 16th in TR visa ,my question is can I use the TR visa again !? A question can my bank statements be from my Thai account or does it have to originate from the country I’m applying from?

I am planning to apply for a tourist visa from Vietnam. As I know, I just need to apply for Evisa only starting from Jan 1 2025.

When I checked the website, I found the required documents to apply for the TR visa below. Earlier, I thought I needed to show proof of financial assets (bank statements) as well.

Do we still need to show bank statements and other documents in the new system (apart from those in the picture)?

Does anyone know the processing time via the new system for tourist visas as I need to prepare the accommodation?

I am Burmese coming to Laos to apply for tourist visa after staying in Thailand for 14 days (visa free).

When I planned to leave Thailand from Nong Khai, Thai immigration officer denied me to leave by land and told me to take flight.

I had to go back to Bangkok, took a flight, came to Laos and applied for TR visa.

So, I am wondering if I enter Thailand again this time, do I need to take flight or can I cross by land? Thanks in advance.

The "address information" section of the DTV evisa application requires you to enter your home address. I am now in Bangkok on a TR visa and plan to fly to Hanoi for a DTV visa application. In that situation, which address should I fill out? Bangkok address or home country address?

FYI, i have TM30, my current apartment is contracted for the next four months.

I applied for a normal TR Visa and it was DECLINED with the reason "place of issue in e-visa system not match with passport"... for understanding: I hold an italian passport but living in Germany. Place of issue was Hannover, Germany which I wrote in the e-visa system. This information is NOT visible on the first passport page of an italian passport which you also upload. Therefore Thai embassy said that place of issue would be Italy which is different than what I stated in the e-visa system.

I already wrote them a mail together with the page in my passport showing it was issued from the italian embassy in Hannover, Germany.

What should I do if they not accept this and want me to start a new visa process? My flight goes already next week and honestly spoken in my point of view this is a mistake by the embassy and not me.
