My friend (British) and husband (Thai) have split up.  They have one child age 3 (with Thai birth certificate). She is in Thailand currently on non O marriage visa which has now expired. He refuses to help with marriage visa.  So she is currently on Covid extensions. They are not divorced as yet. 

What other options does she have for a visa here? Guardian Visa?

Hey there! I was wondering if it's possible to extend my NON-IMM-O (marriage) Visa as a guardian visa (my daughter isThai) through the immigration office here. Or do I need to leave the country? I am about to get a divorce and my Visa extension is coming up. Thanks for your advice!
