I have a question about applying for the DTV visa I’m hoping someone may be able to answer. When we arrive we are staying in an Airbnb for a month until we find a place to rent. On the application they as “ accommodation type” would this be “guest house “ or “ private property?

Hey all - I’m flying into Bangkok this Friday with my DTV visa and wanted to check if anyone has encountered any issues at immigration or during the integration process before receiving the DTV stamp.

I’m a bit concerned because I mistakenly listed the wrong hotel on my DTV application. I'll actually be staying at an Airbnb instead. Has anyone faced a similar situation, and if so, how did you handle it?

I am coming to Thailand on 1/28/23 on 90 days non immigrant O visa. I made an Airbnb reservation for the first week . Do I need to have a reservation to fly out of Thailand and hotel/apartment reservation for all 3 months?

I am getting ready to buy my flight ticket and reserve a hotel or AirBnB. I was wondering if I want to get a Non-O reitrement visa, should I get an AirBnB or get a hotel. I know that the landlord will have to have a TM30 filled out and turned in to imigration. Just wonder if anyone has issues getting there Non-O retirement visa started while staying in an AirBnB or Hotel?

Hi everyone!! I'm in the process of applying for a STV visa.. I intend to be there the whole 9 months but obviously the extensions aren't necessarily a guarantee. Do they seriously expect the entire 9 months to be paid in full for accommodation and insurance?

Post ASQ can I book my accommodation through Booking or Airbnb? It mentions needing a Tax ID # on the paperwork.. How did ya'll get that?

And LASTLY, has anybody gone through the process of extending their STV visa in Thailand? How did that go? What did they require?
