For turist visa Thai ( europe) do we need to be Full vaccinated or the covid certificate is enough ( as i have one from having covid )

Hello, i am in Thailand since November with an O-A visa multiple entry. I have to go back to my country and want to know if I need to go to immigration first to ge a re-entry permit, even if on my visa it’s writing multiple entry. I am confused because I read 2 different information on official Thai government site. At immigration hotline that we call they say don’t need at embassy site they say we need.
