They require additional documents."Employment certificate must indicate for your remote worker", I already sent them the contract. And my boss didn't want to sign the statement as I'm not going to be an employee when I'm freelancer. What other documentation do I need to provide to verify that I can work remotely? How should I do that? Please recommend me.☹️
I applied for DTV and got this in response. Do you know what "issued within 1 week from Bank" means? I have a statement issued Dec 1, for November, but they don't issue a statement randomly in the middle of the month. Do you think that will be okay?
Do you have any other suggestions on what to include in this upload to increase chances of approval? I intend to include both an employment certificate as well as my Github to show my extensive experience as a software engineer.
I am considering the DTV for Workcation - I am not a freelancer but have several virtual jobs that I can provide documentation for income and employment. How do I have my employment contract or employment certificate authenticated by a US embassy for the DTV application?
Hi, I am applying for the DTV visa and I need clarification on the business or employment certificate. What specific information are they looking for? What documentation is required to support the application? thanks.
I know it depends on the embassy, but I wanted to get some advice on my application for work Remote Work Visa (DTV). I just started a new job as an HR Manager on October 19, 2024, working fully remotely, mainly handling recruitment.
I’ve put together all the required documents for my application, including:
• NOC and Employment Certificate: Both outline my position, joining date, salary, and confirm that my work is fully remote. They also state that my company has no objection to me applying for the DTV visa to work from anywhere.
• Job Description: Highlights my remote recruitment responsibilities.
• Hotel Booking and Flight Details
• Bank Statements, Resume, and LinkedIn Profile: Showing my background, including freelance work and years in recruitment.
Since I’m new in the role, I don’t have a transaction from them yet to my bank . Do you think this is enough to make a strong application? Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated!
For a remote worker route, do we need to submit a copy of my employer’s company registration? I don’t own the company. I am aware that I need an employment contract, employment certificate, etc., but the embassy websites do not list the company registration as a requirement, although some posts here do.
