Hi, I am an American citizen marrying a Thai here in Thailand(Bangkok), I am on a Non-B visa but I have a sick grandmother in America, if after we are officially married, how can he come to America for emergency situation?

How long does a tourist visa take for him if he is married to me an American citizen, we plan to live here for the next few years. Also, do we go to the American embassy or somewhere else?

If I live and work in US and have my green card but want to bring my daughter from Thailand to US for a visit or schooling what do I need to do?
