I have just moved home and my new landlord has filed a TM30.
Do I need to do anything else at immigration (Chaengwattana) before I can renew my O visa extension of stay (based on retirement)? I will take the new rental contract and map along with the usual documents for the extension of stay process.
Google searches have been confusing about the need for a TM28 and have even suggested that you may need a signed copy of the landlord’s owner blue book.
I’m trying to get another extension of my non O visa (based on marriage) for another year and I need my landlord to give me some documents, namely:
1) copy of landlords passport
2) copy of landlords house registration (where I am renting)
Unfortunately, the landlord is being uncooperative and not providing us with these documents. Do you know what I can do? Do you think a signed rental agreement (which includes the landlords ID) would suffice? Thank you.
Applying for Non-O Visa and one of the documents required is "Copy of title deed". My landlord asked me why we need this - is this the Yellow Book or something that only need the first page of it? Thank you!
Hi, my yearly extension visa based on retirement requires a copy of a valid ID from my landlord. My landlord has since past away and his ID has now expired.
What can I use apart from a copy of his ID card along with the lease agreement etc.
