Hey all, I'm a bit confused with the TM30 and 90 day report thing.
I've been here for about 120 days. My flight landed on 25/10/24.
My agent gave me a TM30, but the informed date is 30/10/24 because I was at a hotel waiting for my condo to be ready.
Okay so to fix this situation, do I take my TM30 to the immigration office to sort this out? Or do I need my TM30 and get the TM47 online and take both to immigration? Or get the TM47 there? And in future after 90 days I can do it online?
Just wondering if anyone here have missed their 90day reporting? If so, what happens? I was having a discussion with a friend who also has a DTV and he’s convinced that we don’t need to do 90 day reporting - just the 180 border run / extend. From what I’ve read in this group, it seems to be mandatory. Any thoughts welcome, thank you in advance 🙏
My agency of multiple years seems to have dropped the ball on doing my 90-day checkin for me. They've done all of them no problem since I moved to Thailand in 2021, but I noticed they didn't email me as usual. When I inquired they said that, yes they'd done the check in for me but it was rejected. Has anyone been in this situation before? They're not being clear about what this means or what I need to do. Is it an emergency or something that can be smoothed over?
What happens at the airport if my 90-day reporting is not up to date? I will leave Thailand and come back a few days after. (Apols in advance if this has been addressed a thousand times here).
If you are late on a 90-day report, but you leave Thailand and return before you next visa-extension, will you still get a fine and a big red stamp in the passport about it?
90 days report question. I was supposed to do my 90 days report in Cheng Watthana/Muang Thon Thani on December 17 but have been stuck for work in Phuket all month and only coming back to Bangkok today. Online reporting was not working when I tried ahead of the date so I thought I’d just go on the 30th, pay the 2000B fine and that’s it. I’ve just found out that Immigration offices are closed on that day, and I am supposed to travel out of Thailand on 2/1 for a week. Do you know if there is any way I can sort this out at the airport?
Hi, I'm looking for info about what happens if you're late for the 90 day report. On a non-B and my 90 day report is due on 10th Aug (it will be my 3rd one). I live in bkk but currently in Railay. I know I can get an expensive minivan to bkk if I have to, but just want to see what my options are, because I'd prefer not to go back there right now. Is it really serious if you're late for the report? If there's a fine, how much? I've tried the online thing, but having the usual issues. Reading all the tips on here, but still not working. Any advice appreciated
