Hey all, I'm a bit confused with the TM30 and 90 day report thing.
I've been here for about 120 days. My flight landed on 25/10/24.
My agent gave me a TM30, but the informed date is 30/10/24 because I was at a hotel waiting for my condo to be ready.
Okay so to fix this situation, do I take my TM30 to the immigration office to sort this out? Or do I need my TM30 and get the TM47 online and take both to immigration? Or get the TM47 there? And in future after 90 days I can do it online?
Any help would be appreciated!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about managing their TM30 and 90-day report due to having stayed in Thailand for 120 days since their arrival. They had a TM30 issued by their hotel, which is now outdated because they have moved to a condo. Comments from the community advise that the condo landlord should have submitted a TM30 for the user, and that they need to follow up with an immigration office about their 90-day report. The comments suggest that there is no way to retroactively file a 90-day report, but the user can manage future filings either in person or online.
