If I am unable to file my -first- 90 days report online (retirement visa) do I have to go back to the same Immigration Office where I received my visa and file in person or I can do that in any other Immigration Office?
30 day extension done at Kamphaengphet Immigration takes me through to 4th July and flight home to uk,. they even waived the fine for me failing to report going to Nong Kai for a border bounce, and being away from my residence here for 5 days and not reporting,. So that’s me, 222 days in thailand,. Had a good run and no issues (except for Mae sot being closed for border bounces) and having to drive across to Nong Kai to do the bounce,.No questions asked at Kamphaengphet immigration except for why did I come in so early for extension, I said if it’s a problem I will come back next week, but apart from that it’s a really good modern friendly efficient office, and very quiete (only person there was me) you can contact them on the Line app to if you have any questions ,. In and out in 45 mins,.Happy days,.
Hi Folks, i haven't left TH since end of 2019 but now seems i will start business travels again soon. What's the deal with TM30 nowadays? Do i still have to report TM30 together with the Landlord at the immigration office every time i come back to TH? Also moving from Samut Prakan to BKK City soon not sure if that makes any difference.
It popped up after I filled my person info, n if I clicked it, it would go back to the first step. I’ve tried a few times since the day before yesterday. It’s my third time doing my 90 days report online.
Quick question when I apply for a one year extension at the immigration and am given only two weeks extension written on my passport that my extension is under consideration and I should report to the immigration on a certain date .. When I fail to report to the immigration on that date and report one day after due to unavoidable circumstances what is going to happen? Thanks for the response jokes aside!
