My retirement visa expires on the 28th December and I will not renew. I have booked a same-day return flight to KL on the 26/12. I have been informed that I only need to cancel my multiple entry permit at departure immigration Thailand. And that I receive a 60 day tourist visa upon my return at arrivals immigration TH.
I am in Thailand on a 90 day non-O (retirement) e-visa, which expires a month from now. Is it possible to extend it for another 90 days at the (Chiang Mai) immigration office, or will I need to leave the country and apply for another non-O e-visa from outside the country? Thanks.
Now that the visa on arrival has been made 60 days , does that mean I don't need to have a exiting flight booked for within 30 days any longer , to be able to board my flight in Australia? Aslong as exiting flight is booked within 60 days?
So I enter Thailand, they give me a tourist visa for 60 days and then I have to extend it for 30 more… before those 60 days are up… costing me € 1900..\
This is where I get confused…?
From what I have read, I understand that I could do some kind of border run and coming back into Thailand I can get another 60 days and then extend that 30 more days. ??? For a second time… how many times can I do the 60/30 extension?
At the end of the two 90 day periods … what happens??? do I just apply for an extension after doing a border crossing every 30 days or can they give me another tourist visa???…
Your guises input is very much appreciated. Thank you. !!!AW!!
It has been awhile since I’ve arrived using the visa exempt stamp. Unfortunately, I have a deadbeat landlord who refuses to file the TM30 for me. In the past, I’ve always went to CW to file the TM30, as I was on a Non-O visa.
I’m wondering, which office do I go to file the TM30 when arriving using the visa exempt stamp?
Hi, my sons are currently back from university and their tourist extension lasts till the 23 of August, they will have to fly back to university abroad on the 13th of September. So we were planning on leaving the country and coming back to extend one more month. However my sons have plans on the 20th-28th of August and we would like to avoid flying out during those days. Will it be possible to fly before the visa extension ends on the 23rd for example on the 15th and get a new visa? Will it cancel the old one and get a new visa for the remainder of their stay till the 13 th of September? Thank you
