Not visa related, but is there a organisation I can complain to regarding a hotel in pattaya.
The hotel has been without hot water for 3 days now a d looks like it will be maby 4 days before they can fix it. So I have asked if I can check out today and have a refund for my remaining days and they say it is not possible.

Just found 2 photos of myself and my wife having a massage, the photos were taken yesterday evening whilst we were in a massage salon and posted on Facebook without our knowledge (or permission)
I contacted the salon, and politely requested they be removed and thankfully the salon agreed and indeed a few minutes later, said photos (or should I say advert) was removed and that’s the end of it as far as we are concerned
However, out of interest, if the salon refused to remove the photos, am I correct in saying there would be nothing I could do about it?
Has anyone been scammed by an agency near Asoke? If yes, please message me. I won't name names in this post but I'm ready to file a police report now and curious how you handled the situation.
Just entered Thailand on my one year B Visa non immigrant multiple type but immigration officer stamped on my passport only 45 days stays as TR Visa and crossed on my visa as Last entry 18th April 2023 but my visa valid till December 21st 2023. He thought it was single entry tourist Visa.
I just seen after come out from the air port.
I supposed to get 90 days to stay ok same as before but now allowed me only 45 days and cross by a pen on my one year Visa.
Please advise me where and how to solve this issue?
Hi All-I recently went to the Ubon Ratchathani immigration to complete a certificate of residence so I can get a Thai drivers license. I had downloaded the form form the thai immigration website and secured all the required documents. However, when I went to the immigration office they told me they do not issue certificate of residence and that I had to go to the transport office(note there was only one person working and I was the only one in the office). So I went to the transport office and after talking to 4 different departments I was told that they don't issue certificate of residence and that I need to go to the tourist police office to get one. Did not manage to get to the tourist police today, but will try on Monday. However, the websites I have seen clearly seem to indicate that immigration issues these certificates, but with Ubon immigration saying they don't issue them, looking for some advice on what my next steps seem to be before going to the Thai tourist police on Monday.
