I have been In and Out many times so never went for 90 days reporting and never reported  when I arrived back in Thailand. Just want to know will I be fined for this when I go for my extension on Non O or should I go now and submit TM 30? For  90 days I am OK bcoz I never stayed  upto limit  always left before 90 days  but how about  tm 30, is it strictly enforced in Bangkok, cheangwattana?

I live in townhouse, agreement is on my wife's name but my name is there also in agreement.

Actually my question is not about 90days. I take exit before my 90 days end.

My main concern is TM30 which Robert has explained in his last comment that bkk immigration doesnt enforce that much but yes other immigrations take this TM30 very seriously.

I take the opportunity to travel every 90 days rather than do the 90 days reporting.

Just completed my extention at Chiang Wattana 2 weeks back with no 90 day reports over the last year and no problem.

Bangkok is very relaxed on this rule. no TM30 asked within 24 hours of arrival and updates are done with the 90 days report or with your application of Extension of Stay.
