Hello, I am staying here on an O-A visa. My 90 day report is due on December 13th but I am flying home for 2 weeks on December 19th, so only 6 days later. Will it have any consequences if I skip the 90 day report? Also will I be required to submit a new TM30 form when I return to the same address in Thailand after the 2 weeks? Thank you!

Are you on the first year of the Non-OA? If not, don't forget to get a re-entry permit which is needed to maintain your current status if your original Non-OA has expired or if you are on an extension of stay.

Yes, you're still required to file a 90 day report as you'll have been in Thailand for 90 days. Next time you go to go a 90 day report they can fine you for failing to do your previous one.

As far as TM30 goes, that depends on your immigration office. Ask them for their policy. Most offices want you to do a new one every time you leave the country and return though.

Could you recommend me a trusted agent at a reasonable price! I know that's a dumb request! But I don't have a scanner, however to request a visa I would have to go to someone (for a fee) to use their computer and scanner, I might as well go directly to an agent!

I'm sorry if I bother you again, I'm asking you because you seem to know the topic in question very well! I applied for an e visa (TR)! after paying online I didn't receive any email confirming that the embassy in Rome had received my application! it's normal ? or should I worry that I entered the wrong email address?

Thank you for your reply. Do you have any experience regarding the TM30 policy at the immigration office in Jomtien/Pattaya? In the past I did not file a new TM30 with them after I did occasional short trips to Cambodia or Vietnam and never had a problem so far. But was always unsure of the actual rule. Thanks again.

Jomtien changed their policy on October 18th to require a new TM30 if returning from outside the country.
