I need to get a residence certificate from immigration in Bangkok. Is it true that I can only get one from the Muang Thong Thani immigration office in Nonthaburi? Is this list of requirements below up to date/accurate? Do I need to print any documents for my landlord to sign? I have already done a few 90-day reports here and the building I'm requesting the certificate for is the same. Thanks!

That document was requested in Muang Thong Thani on SECOND floor. BUT this service has been returned to the main Immigration office at Chaeng Wattana.

Great advice, great choice. But definitely, the office at Muang Thong Thani has been closed down and the service moved on 18.4.2022 toChaeng Wattana. The service on the 3. floor moved to an office nearby on Chaeng Wattana, but that was for extending visa or such. You can still look that up on the Immi website, though the locations have not been updated on the website. I was out at Muang Thong Thani recently and there were notes all over the place to inform everybody.

You can get this from cham churi square building if you have recent 90 day report.and you have non b visa.

If you don’t have 90 day report then your embassy is the only option to get the certificate.

It’s easy and within an hour they will issue.

 Counter K is on the 3rd floor. Sorry I don’t know if it’s the right one for a residence certificate, perhaps others can confirm.

 you could be right. I’m not familiar with the Bangkok counters. I believe the OP was asking about a residency certificate (maybe for buying a car or motorcycle for instance). That’s different from filing a TM30.

 some of the provinces charge a "fee" to provide same day service but I don't believe Bangkok has this option.
