Extending 60-day Tourist eVisa in Pattaya?

Is there a local official Thai Immigration office that will issue a 30-day extension to a valid 60-day eVisa with an in-person appointment around Pattaya? 

Google searches yield confusing .com and .net sites and th govt sites only mention "district" offices.

You will go to the Jomtien Immigration office located on Soi 5 near Jomtien Beach in the Pattaya area.

Jomtien Immigration will accept your application for the 30 days extension during the final 7 days of your current permission to stay stamped in your passport .

Be sure to have a TM30 address registration on file with the Thai Immigration office in Jomtien. They require it.

THESE are the common found requirements for the 30 days extension of stay...1900 Thai baht.
