I'm really confused about the covid extension/ non b situation. I was on a non b, but I'm now on covid extension. I've had a few job offers, which would lead to my going back to having a non b. However, no one can agree on the following:

1.how long the non b process takes, 

2. If there is another extension until March 25th (as I read on this forum),

3. And whether I must have the non b in my passport or have simply applied for it by the covid extension expiration date.

It's all so confusing, and I tried to be as clear as I could. Any accurate advice would be helpful.

whether you can go from a Non-B that went to covid extensions to ANYTHING else (seeing as you can't get another covid extension AT ALL) is between you, your employer and the immigration office you deal with.

SO

what you should do is get someone from your employer and slog on out to your immigration office to find out if you even would be able to get anything employment related inside the country without having to exit/re-enter, wipe the slate clean and start over from square one.

Believe me this answer isn't a cop out a LOT comes down to the ability of your future employer to meet the requirements AND whether your immigration office will or won't do it.
