What should I do if my wife's TM30 registration doesn't appear on the online list?

Hi guys

When my wife register TM30 online, after fill it in and when try to save its disappeared from the online list, she tried twice both times its gone, any know if its ok or you should see the name in the list after save it?

when you do that search, you need to put in the date you check in as BOTH dates 　 that only calls up information that was entered on that date. Then your information comes up.

Now If you entered the data twice, select the "delete" choice and erase one of the entries. You certainly don't need TWO entries for you.

Problem solved, as Stuart say, search within 7 days date, it will show up

it's not auto-saved thing like other web sites.

Use the search option. Enter the date and click search. The name will appear and you can use a screen shot of that as your proof.
